Thank you so much! Matthew Kleemeyer and his partner arrived to fix our plumbing issue. Matthew called ahead to let me know he was running late and provided an updated estimated time of arrival. I really appreciated him taking the time to follow up and keep us informed about the situation and timeframe. Diana in the office is absolutely awesome! She worked her magic and kindly fit us in for a same-day appointment when our plumbing stopped working properly. We also want to give a special shout-out to Greg Huber, who always checks in on us to make sure we’re okay. His thoughtfulness and genuine concern mean so much to us. We also want to recognize Rafa, Leo, Manny, Elmer and the entire crew, along with Juan Garay, Brice Daly, Bobby Montiel, and Eric (the IT Tech). They have all been incredibly helpful with our mini-splits and have gone above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. We are incredibly grateful and thankful to everyone who has helped us. We had AC system leaking outside of the house and we reached out to conejo valley heat & air for maintenance. Able to get an appointment the next day and our technician David is really helpful and professional. He quickly found the problem and did the repairs. He also provided tips for future maintenance. Not a hard sell company. Came on Tuesday to troubleshoot my upstairs AC. My blower motor was intermittent and I had the old R22 refrigerant that needed to be replaced. I just had them replace the whole unit. Installers came the next day and finished the job.

Very positive experience installing a new upstairs AC system with Conejo Services! They replaced our downstairs unit 6 years ago and do when our upstairs unit started to fail, we called them again. Alex came out and did a thorough test/inspection of the old system.  He outlined options ranging from repairing to replacing but as the unit was 25 years old, we decided to replace. Greg, the person who sold us the downstairs unit in 2020, came to the house 2 days after our initial appointment with Alex and outlined all of our options. Greg is great to work with and we really appreciated the time he took to listen to our needs and design a system that fit our requirements. Conejo Services is lucky to have him on their sales team. The next day, Dylan came for a walk through and took all of the necessary measurements to ensure a successful installation.  He even gave a Conejo Services stuffed rabbit to our dog Rocket which made him a favorite. The next day (just 2 days after we saw Greg), 2 trucks and crews showed up for the install. They put down tarps to protect the carpets and also put up plastic sheeting to protect our clothes in the closet. Install took the whole day and Austin and the rest of the crew were very professional. Great service! During the installation of the new thermostat, an area of mismatched paint was left exposed. As a professional company, Conejo would never be satisfied with leaving it like that. They called in a local handyman who came the next day and repaired/painted the wall for free.  Looks great. The new unit is huge compared to the original (see pic) and works beautifully to cool the upstairs even on the hot days. Overall a very positive experience. My homeowner’s insurance company required me to make a few plumbing repairs, so I reached to your company once again to assist.  Dier Love came out to my house this morning to give me a quote, and he couldn’t have been nicer, or more helpful and professional.  Your staff whether its HVAC or plumbing has been amazing.  They have the best customer service – they are knowledgeable, on time, and quick to assess what needs to be done. I called for an emergency service for my HVAC that was dripping. The technician, Jack G was very thorough in his search for the root of the problem. I’m was also pleased that I was able to get an appointment relatively quick. I also felt comfortable that they were not trying to take advantage of me. This is the second time that I’ve called Conejo services in the last month and a half for unrelated issues.  They were able to take care of the issues without up charging me for things I didn’t need. Eric was fantastic! He was friendly and very professional and explained everything.  My air wasn’t blowing at all any longer, and I feared that I would need a complete HVAC replacement. But he found exactly the parts that needed replacing and repaired it all including replacing my thermostat that had been acting strangely for several months. WE recently had a problem with our air conditioner. Sergio G came out and discovered that the problem was some kind of burned out motherboard in the AC which was a little over a year old. The whole gang got together and found a replacement part. Sergio G came out and fixed everything. He was very good and pleasant to have here. Same goes with all the service people that have come here over the years. They run a tight ship and give great service. Diana and the phone girls do a great job too. Outstanding professional service with honest reasonable quotes - review based on both plumbing and HVAC based services. James, the expert assessor, not only did a thorough analysis of the issue, but also took the trouble to explain the scope of work. The work was scheduled for the very next day. I selected Conejo Services because they had such stellar reviews that reeked of honesty, integrity, accountability, follow through, concern for the client and service.  I am a 20 year veteran in real estate and this call was for my mother's personal residence.  I want to gift her with an air conditioning system and roof if needed, or at least plan for roof repair and maintenance before we get into the rainy season.  For five summers I have exclaimed about the heat and said "this winter we are going to get a/c" and every winter in the cool California comfort I forget and don't think about a/c until the next hot spell.  This year the heat wave added humidity and started in early July - I know it will run through September or longer and I decided, premium or not - we are getting a/c this summer :) - so I researched and scheduled appointments with Conejo first.  Now I will be honest, my first scheduled appointment got a little mixed up and it is important for you to confirm they serve your area as they are based in T.O. and I am a LA gal.  Nevertheless, the owner Travis, his customer service manager Jamie and frankly all of the people I dealt with at Conejo were super helpful and professional - we just had a mishap in scheduling.  What created the 5-star review is Conejo's response to my irritation with the scheduling mishap.  I immediately received three calls; two from the office and one from the owner himself, they acknowledged the mishap was on their end, promptly investigated how the situation had occurred in their system AND made new appointments for me immediately.  I always look for the best service provider, one that is skilled, accountable and has integrity and concern about their clients and their reputation.  When you find a business with these characteristics and stellar reviews you likely, very likely, have found a business you can rely on. I am writing this on behalf of my aunt, Starlette since she doesn't have a computer.  They sent Alex out to help her with her air condition.  She had previously had a different company out that kept finding things to fix that cost her a lot of money.  They had wanted $5000 to fix a leak.  Alex looked at it and said that he could see no leak and all she had to pay was the cost of the visit.  She was very happy and said he was very nice and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.  Our technician Craig McConnell was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.  He fixed our leaking water heater very quickly and effectively and answered every question I had offering plenty of advice and information about our hvac system. We recently had a complete HVAC install with Conejo Services. On all phases of the work we were impressed. Setting up the appointment with Candace, the estimate with Brice, the pre-install walk thru with Bobby and Dillon, the actual install with Francisco (and his crew), and the after install with Bobby and Dillon.
