How often should I have my pool cleaned?

For most Conejo Valley homes, weekly pool cleaning is the best way to maintain safe, balanced water and prevent algae, staining, and equipment problems. Our warm climate and frequent winds introduce debris and accelerate chemical consumption, making regular weekly service the most effective approach to pool care.

What does a weekly pool service visit include?

Every visit follows a comprehensive checklist. We test your water chemistry (chlorine and pH), add chemicals as needed, empty skimmer and pump baskets, skim the surface, brush walls and steps, vacuum the pool, check your filter pressure, inspect all equipment, and verify the water level. After each visit, we send you a digital service report so you always know the status of your pool.

Are chemicals included in the service price?

Weekly acid and liquid chlorine are included with your regular service at no extra charge. Additional treatments such as algae removal, calcium treatment, conditioner, and filter cleanings are billed separately. We will always communicate any additional costs before performing extra work.

What is included in the first month free promotion?

Your first month includes four weekly service visits at no charge. Each visit covers full water testing, chemical balancing (acid and liquid chlorine included), skimming, brushing, vacuuming, basket cleaning, filter pressure check, equipment inspection, and water level verification. It is our way of showing you what reliable, professional pool service looks like before you pay a dime.

Do you also repair pool equipment?

Yes. In addition to weekly maintenance, we handle pump repairs and replacements, filter repairs and replacements, heater service (gas, electric, and heat pump), salt chlorine generators, automation and control systems from Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy, variable speed pump upgrades, timer and relay replacements, plumbing and valve repairs, and pool cleaner repairs. Financing is available for larger equipment projects upon approved credit.
