Thank you so much! Matthew Kleemeyer and his partner arrived to fix our plumbing issue. Matthew called ahead to let me know he was running late and provided an updated estimated time of arrival. I really appreciated him taking the time to follow up and keep us informed about the situation and timeframe. Diana in the office is absolutely awesome! She worked her magic and kindly fit us in for a same-day appointment when our plumbing stopped working properly. We also want to give a special shout-out to Greg Huber, who always checks in on us to make sure we’re okay. His thoughtfulness and genuine concern mean so much to us. We also want to recognize Rafa, Leo, Manny, Elmer and the entire crew, along with Juan Garay, Brice Daly, Bobby Montiel, and Eric (the IT Tech). Greg Huber has been incredibly helpful throughout the installation of my new roof and with several other household projects. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his clients' needs are met. Greg's friendly, down-to-earth personality makes him easy to trust and work with. He explains everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms and always follows up to answer any questions that come up. He responds promptly - even after business hours and on weekends. He's clearly not someone who works a "9-to-5 and out the door" schedule. What stands out most is his commitment to doing the job right. He takes the time to make sure every detail is handled properly and that his clients are completely satisfied. I am truly grateful for his continued support, professionalism, and dedication. So far a 10 but our roof is not on yet.  That is the next step. Greg, our sales person was great. Very knowledgeable,  and very thorough in going over everything,  and explains everything along the way.  My husband and I admitted maybe could have gotten a roof for a little cheaper, but we appreciated the professionalism,  the thoroughness, and we are looking forward to the process of the roof going on. We had a ceiling leak around our fireplace due to a potential flashing issue around our chimney.  James came to our house to evaluate- he was professional, kind, very informative, and seemed very knowledgeable . He quickly found the root cause of the leak and fixed in a jiffy!! James also offered tips on the age of our roof and water heater and things to watch out for. Excellent service! We have a leak in our roof, water coming in through the ceiling. I called Conejo services yesterday and Donna was so sweet and so quick to get something scheduled for us! The consultation was free which is great value considering it was just 1 tile out of place! James came out the next day and used a drone to find out it's just a single tile that needs to be replaced!
