They did an excellent job installing our lighting fixtures. Also Helped us change the lighting “color” of existing recessed light to a softer glow. Everything is perfect now. Their friendly “Can do” demeanor was great. They even Cleaned up all of the packing materials and boxes before I ever asked for help. They are the dream team. Unfortunately I don't remember the a/c techs name but he was great, immediately figured out the issue and haven't had any since. Recently had an electrical issue and reached out to the company again, they sent Owen, he was very knowledgeable and respectful. I closed on a house end of May and was stunned by the amount of work needed to make my home livable. After 30k+  spent with Conejo on HVAC, electrical and plumbing…I have zero regrets. After spending time with each of these teams..they take their work incredibly seriously and there’s alot of talent here. Their techs are clean ,efficient and respectful. In two weeks their team installed: -New HVAC -panel rejuvenation w/ surge protector -new outlets throughout entire house, GFCIs where needed. -new hot water heater. -New toilets. -New stop valves. -LED recessed lighting in the entire home Their pricing is not the cheapest in town..but as the saying goes…cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t cheap! There were minor challenges during my HVAC setup involving noise and air returns. Ralph their GM patiently addressed my issues one after another and resolved each and every one. Needless to say, I’m a very happy customer and I feel respected and appreciated. It says a-lot about a company with how they treat you after the work is done and paid for. Conejo went above and beyond for my family. One of their techs even helped me dispose of some old oil paint from another project to clear some room in my home and save me time from going to the city dump. Customer for life.  Verified  *I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. *Every single tech who did work at my house was super nice. *They repaired all the sloppy work other electricians/plumbers left. *They clean up after themselves. *They make sure they are here when the city sends inspectors. *The techs call and let me know they're delayed or on their way. *They have done electrical and plumbing at my house. My HVAC system repair is next and Conejo will definitely will be doing that. **In short: THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.  Verified  We have had Conejo Services for the past seven months after moving to Ventura County. The response to any of our requests and the quality of the service is almost unbelievable. They take care of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and now even roofs. Everyone, and I mean everyone from Conejo, has been professional yet personable and genuine. At no time did any of the technicians try to oversell a service. I had a 'whole house' electrical check and survey performed by a Conejo electrician. Ron was a total professional and personable representative of the company. He explained everything to me fully and ensured me he would take care of anything that needed attending. I'm not sure if I can actually request a certain technician when I call Conejo but I would have Ron back for any electrical needs that I may have in the future.  Verified  Our Air Conditioner went out yesterday, and Conejo Services sent Alex Limon over to repair it.  Alex arrived 10 minutes early. (amazing) He was incredibly thorough taking as much time as needed to trouble the problem.  All while being incredibly thoughtful and pleasant.  He did a great job of explaining the issue to us in an understandble way.
