I luckily found Conejo Plumbing on Yelp to service our tankless hot water heater, after my original plumber reneged on my lifetime contract. The plumber “Dier” was early for our appointment and after pleasantries was eager to solve the intermittent ignition issues we were experiencing. After an inspection it was noted that the igniter and flame rods had carbon and rust built up. Instead of soaking a customer and replacing our unit a simple service call got us back up and running. I can’t thank Conejo and “Dier” for the prompt service call and their professionalism. Suffice it to say Conejo will be my first call for plumbing issues and I look forward to seeing them in the future for HVAC calls as well. I highly recommend the Conejo Company team, especially Craig  McConnell, for their outstanding service! This was my second time working with Craig and once again, he exceeded my expectations. At this moment in time, I am very pleased. My air conditioning is working right on the day that I needed it to work. Both workers Fernando and I think Andre were efficient , polite and thorough. The only reason I hesitate is that I had a bad experience with another HVAC company and I just watching to make sure that AC works as efficient as it should. I had a great overall experience my air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days. I needed them to come right away not only the waive after hours fee but the technician Fernando was very helpful kind and knowledgeable. We had AC system leaking outside of the house and we reached out to conejo service since they installed our HVAC system. They are able to get an appointment the next day and our technician David is really helpful and professional. He quickly found the problem and did the repairs. Matthew replaced my garbage disposal did and excellent job and left everything spotless. He was so informative about other plumbing issues that arise that can be avoided with simple ongoing maintenance ideas! I have used this company for my hvac also. WE recently had a problem with our air conditioner. Sergio G came out and discovered that the problem was some kind of burned out motherboard in the AC which was a little over a year old. The whole gang got together and found a replacement part. Sergio G came out and fixed everything. He was very good and pleasant to have here. Same goes with all the service people that have come here over the years. They run a tight ship and give great service. Diana and the phone girls do a great job too. Some of our floor around the heater/air conditioner was lifting. Fernando come out checked it out. The pipe to drain the condensation was clogged and same for the condensation going outside the house. Fixed/cleared working - all dry.  Fernando is a really nice technician to explain and fix. I selected Conejo Services because they had such stellar reviews that reeked of honesty, integrity, accountability, follow through, concern for the client and service.  I am a 20 year veteran in real estate and this call was for my mother's personal residence.  I want to gift her with an air conditioning system and roof if needed, or at least plan for roof repair and maintenance before we get into the rainy season.  For five summers I have exclaimed about the heat and said "this winter we are going to get a/c" and every winter in the cool California comfort I forget and don't think about a/c until the next hot spell.  This year the heat wave added humidity and started in early July - I know it will run through September or longer and I decided, premium or not - we are getting a/c this summer :) - so I researched and scheduled appointments with Conejo first.  Now I will be honest, my first scheduled appointment got a little mixed up and it is important for you to confirm they serve your area as they are based in T.O. and I am a LA gal.  Nevertheless, the owner Travis, his customer service manager Jamie and frankly all of the people I dealt with at Conejo were super helpful and professional - we just had a mishap in scheduling.  What created the 5-star review is Conejo's response to my irritation with the scheduling mishap.  I immediately received three calls; two from the office and one from the owner himself, they acknowledged the mishap was on their end, promptly investigated how the situation had occurred in their system AND made new appointments for me immediately.  I always look for the best service provider, one that is skilled, accountable and has integrity and concern about their clients and their reputation.  When you find a business with these characteristics and stellar reviews you likely, very likely, have found a business you can rely on. I am writing this on behalf of my aunt, Starlette since she doesn't have a computer.  They sent Alex out to help her with her air condition.  She had previously had a different company out that kept finding things to fix that cost her a lot of money.  They had wanted $5000 to fix a leak.  Alex looked at it and said that he could see no leak and all she had to pay was the cost of the visit.  She was very happy and said he was very nice and helpful. I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced by Conejo Services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My sales rep, Jesse Cruz was really, responsive & easy to work with from my initial contact and throughout the project until completion. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They arrived on time each day, kept me informed throughout the project, and completed the installation in only two days as promised. Their crew was amazing, did great work, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. They installed my new system, replaced all of the ductwork, upgrade my home to a dual zone system and made sure everything was completed professionally to meet my goals for my home. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC contractor that is honest, punctual, and does quality work, I would definitely recommend Conejo Heating & Air. Today was the installation day for my friend and neighbor Molly. I helped her with obtaining Conejo Services for her HVAC problem and it was discovered that the culprit was a leaky evaporator coil. Jasmin and Craig were instrumental in the troubleshooting and  final scope of work proposal. Today Alfredo arrived on time ready for the installation and recharge of the system. What a true professional and skilled technician. The finished product was blowing cool air with a 20 degree differential between the supply and return. The new evaporator coil has a 10 year warranty and the company also provided a labor warranty. Top notch service and quality workmanship. I cannot emphasize enough about amazing work and customer service that Conejo Services provides it's clients. I chose Conejo Services  for a complete HVAC replacement, and I'm so glad I did. My 30-year-old Lennox system unexpectedly failed in the middle of summer on the hottest day. After diagnosing an electrical compressor failure, Fernando took the time to thoroughly explain why repairing a system of that age wasn't the best investment. He had Greg come out right away to discuss options. Greg showed me that my existing ductwork was severely undersized for the home and actually drew diagrams explaining the airflow issues so I could understand exactly what he was recommending instead of just trying to sell me a new system. He also went through all options and never tried to upsell me. He even kept his word about adding something to the scope of work we had discussed, for my peace of mind. I ended up replacing the AC, furnace, evaporator coil, ductwork, adding a Trane CleanEffects HEPA filtration system, Ecobee thermostat, and additional attic blown-in insulation. Installation day was the following day and was incredibly impressive. Jerson (J) and his crew of six worked for over 11 hours and never appeared rushed. They were professional, respectful of my home, and worked seamlessly as a team. During the installation they encountered an unexpected issue with deteriorated thermostat wiring. Rather than taking shortcuts, they diagnosed the problem, came up with the best solution, and stayed until everything was fully operational. Before leaving J made sure both the air conditioner and furnace were working properly, walked me through the Ecobee thermostat, answered every question I had, and didn't leave until they were confident everything was functioning correctly. The workmanship is outstanding. The new furnace, ductwork, outdoor condenser, and overall installation are exceptionally clean and organized. It's obvious they take pride in their work. What impressed me most throughout the entire experience was the communication. J never made me feel pressured. He patiently answered every question, explained the reasoning behind his recommendations, and treated me like an informed homeowner rather than just another customer. He also saw how hot it was in the house for me and my daughter and made sure he got the system up and running for us. So grateful to him! A complete HVAC replacement is a major investment, and trust is everything. J and his crew earned mine. I highly recommend Conejo Services to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC company who treat you like a person, being versus just a customer. After two plumbers gave up trying to remove my cast-iron undermount sink, I booked Conejo Service, and I'm so glad I did. My plumbing technician, Michael Pearson, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and determined to get the job done. He spent almost an entire day completing what was clearly a very challenging installation. Removing a cast-iron undermount sink is not an easy task. One of the previous plumbers even told me the only option was to remove the cabinet. However, Michael was able to remove the old sink and install the new stainless-steel undermount sink without taking that approach. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. The new sink looks amazing, and the quality of the installation exceeded my expectations. Michael's attention to detail, patience, and expertise were outstanding throughout the entire process. We called Conejo Services to inspect our A/C, which has not been working properly over the past few months. They let us know that we may have a refrigerant leak, and added dye to our system to identify the source. After a month, they sent out Alex Limon to check on the system and ensure the added refrigerant from their first visit was not leaking. He was fast, kind, professional, and very friendly.
